Accounting for the ownership’s specific programmatic needs for each unit, we provided the design, budget management, procurement, and installation coordination of an updated furniture, fixtures, and decor package for all units on the property.
As a vacation ownership resort, Sea Club provided strict requirements as to furniture provisions and number of sleeping accommodations in each unit. In order to fulfill all the necessary modern requirements within this older property, we designed many custom casegoods such as the queen storage bed, and the combination entertainment/storage/lateral twin wallbed unit, both both shown above.

The units varied from 300 square foot studios, up to 1200 square foot units. Our design team provided two concept scheme options- a Gulf of Mexico inspired palette with accents of aqua, and a tropical greenery inspired palette with accents of green and darker woods, which we presented alongside 3D renderings.

A major design challenge at this unique property was the number of different unit types (25 different physical layouts) on the property that each required a variation on the design. Our team individually addressed the furniture planning of each unit, managing the design, procurement, and installation processes closely, and ultimately provided a fresh, functional update to the property.
