We are so excited to see one of our favorite office interior design projects of this year taking shape! Due for completion and move-in by mid-January, this new office space for a well-established area financial firm is inspired by a combination of Southern classical architecture and the natural environment of Venice, Florida.

To honor our client’s desire to express their strong local roots and history, we have designed a custom interior to communicate just that, while supporting their functional goals. It is a pleasure to work with clients who trust us to translate their message into this language of space as art. We’ll wait until the project is complete to reveal all the details, but some special features of the design include classic white wainscoting, glass walls, and custom screen partitions.

We are working on this project with our friends at Beebe Design Studio Architects, who have also designed the building. The commercial contracting firm JE Charlotte Construction Corp. is executing both the interior and exterior construction admirably. As a rare new construction building on historic Venice Avenue, this is an exciting project with a great team we are proud to be part of.
