On Site: Construction Progress at Tech Office in Tampa

We’ve come a long way since the concept design of our high-tech, commercial office interior design project in Tampa, FL.  We last shared some construction progress here and blogged about its geographically-driven concept here. On our most recent trip all the finishes were in place so we were amazed at the progress since we last saw it with bare stud walls. Today we’re sharing some photos of the trip and a little video tour walking through the space so you can get a better idea of how the areas connect to each other. Stay tuned for more updates on this project as the final touches come together to create this spectacular workspace.

This curved wall in the lobby will have four TV screens mounted on that black rectangle, and signage on the right.
The lobby leads into the showroom pictured here. Those two openings will have beautiful rolling wood doors with custom graphics. Behind the doors the client will showcase their product.
Here we’re looking into the conference room. The curved wall feature is on full display through the clear glass partition.
View from one end of the conference room, under the curved feature wall.
This feature wall is located in the open work area of the office. The final touch will be the layered paperclip screen hanging in front of the wood.

This cluttered little nook will become a very stylish mini kitchen with a bar and seating for lunch breaks.

In this photo the window shades have been installed, hiding the unpleasant view but still letting in light. Underneath those sconces we’re creating a small meeting area which will have a table and two chairs upholstered in the orange that reflects the client’s branding.
